Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms before registering for the event.

All attendees must complete the online registration form and submit a valid payment receipt to confirm their spot. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Incomplete registrations (missing payment proof or incorrect details) will not be processed. Please ensure all personal information provided is accurate.
All Toastmasters members and general guests are required to pay an entry fee of NPR 1000. Students are eligible for a discounted entry fee of NPR 750.
The registration fee must be paid in full via bank transfer to the designated Global IME Bank account. Please include your full name in the payment remarks for verification. Only bank transfer payments are accepted ÔÇö cash payments at the venue will not be entertained. Registration is confirmed only after payment verification by the organizing committee.
Students must present a valid college ID card at the registration desk. Failure to provide a valid ID will require payment of the full NPR 1000 entry fee.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. No-shows on the event day will not receive a refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the event organizers via email.
Entry is confirmed only after successful payment of the registration fee. The organizing committee reserves the right to deny entry in case of incomplete registration.
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who violates this code.
All registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event management purposes, including communication, badge printing, and attendance tracking. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes on official Toastmasters channels.
All attendees are expected to maintain professionalism, discipline, and respect, in alignment with the values of Toastmasters International. Any form of misconduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event. Attendees are advised to take care of their personal belongings. Participation in all activities is voluntary and at the attendee's own risk. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Entry to the venue will be granted upon verification of registration/payment. Seating may be on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.
The event may be recorded or photographed. By attending, participants consent to the use of their images/videos for promotional purposes.
The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or terms if necessary.
